Annual Bank Challenge
The Annual Bank Challenge is held every August, a month of typically low donations and leading into the Labor Day holiday. Banks in Nacogdoches County are invited to be a part of this event creating a friendly competition and resulting in saving hundreds of lives in the area. Banks encourage their employees and their families to donate, as well as, their customers. Custom T-Shirts are given to all those attempting to donate and bragging rights go to the bank that collects the most donations and the bank that collects the most based upon the amount of employees. Lynne Booker, Nacogdoches County recruiter, can be contacted at 560-3054 for more information regarding the annual event.
