East Texas Donates Towards Project Graduation

Cindy Perry, Nacogdoches High School Project Graduation Chairperson, accepts a $250 check from Judy Sheffield, Community Outreach Director for The Blood Center East Texas. The Blood Center will be donating over $6,000 to area high schools for Project Graduation in appreciation of the support received from the schools during blood drives held in the school year. High School students and staff provide 20% of the local blood supply. Blood drives are held with thirty area schools. |

Students and staff held four drives that benefited 140 patients in the East Texas area. |
